IT System Administrator EMEA (m/f/d)

Based in **Klipphausen**, Germany we are looking for a dedicated **IT System Administrator EMEA (m/f/d)**. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure, supporting colleagues across the EMEA region, and ensuring secure and efficient system operations. **Job responisbilities** - Plan, install, and maintain the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workplace systems - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software - Provide effective technical support to employees, assisting with inquiries and troubleshooting issues - Administer and optimize the ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) - Perform regular backups and ensure fast disaster recovery - Create and maintain documentation as well as user-friendly resources for internal training - Implement and maintain modern IT solutions to optimize business processes **Job requirements** - Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science, plus initial experience in IT administration - Solid knowledge of system administration (Windows) - Experience with network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls) - Familiarity with ERP system administration, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central - Strong team spirit, proactive mindset, and a structured, independent way of working - Excellent German and English skills
